The terms of purchase specify that any sales / use tax is the purchasers responsibility unless exempt
The Stand is shipped Fedex Ground in a flat rate “Gaylord” box on a disposable cardboard pallet.
The targets are also shipped on a pallet. Shipping Co. (TBD)
